Terms of Service review before your SaaS launch — flat fee

Your Terms of Service govern every customer relationship from day one. If you're about to launch, especially with paid plans, a fixed-scope attorney review gives you prioritized issues and recommended revisions without an open-ended legal bill.

Some services, such as the SaaS Launch Legal Review, are offered in early access while we measure demand. Accepting an early-access offer records that you want that service at the quoted price. It charges nothing, is not an order, and does not guarantee that the service will be provided. HumanFn is not a law firm and does not give legal advice; viewing or accepting an offer does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone. If the service becomes available, we will contact you (if you shared an email) and nothing happens unless you confirm then.

Questions

What do I get back?
Attorney comments and recommended revisions on both documents, a prioritized list of material issues and risk flags, answers to up to 3 questions, and stated assumptions and limitations.
How much does it cost?
$499 fixed for both documents (up to about 12,000 words combined) plus written answers to up to 3 questions. It's in early access: accepting the offer charges nothing, and the review isn't guaranteed yet.
What's out of scope?
Drafting from scratch, contracts other than your own Terms and Privacy Policy (for example enterprise MSAs or DPAs), litigation and disputes, and regulated health, financial-services or children's products.
Is HumanFn a law firm?
No. HumanFn packages a bounded attorney review as a fixed-scope service. It doesn't give legal advice itself, and viewing or accepting the offer creates no attorney-client relationship.
