SaaS Launch Legal Review · Privacy Policy review

Privacy Policy review for your SaaS or app, by a licensed attorney

Your Privacy Policy is a public promise about what your product does with personal data. When the product starts collecting emails, payment details or usage analytics, it's worth having an attorney check that the promise matches reality before you launch.

Some services, such as the SaaS Launch Legal Review, are offered in early access while we measure demand. Accepting an early-access offer records that you want that service at the quoted price. It charges nothing, is not an order, and does not guarantee that the service will be provided. HumanFn is not a law firm and does not give legal advice; viewing or accepting an offer does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone. If the service becomes available, we will contact you (if you shared an email) and nothing happens unless you confirm then.

Questions

Do you review only the Privacy Policy?
The standard review covers the Privacy Policy together with the Terms of Service, because the two have to agree with each other. If you have only one of them, drafting the other is outside the standard scope.
How much does it cost?
$499 fixed for both documents (up to about 12,000 words combined) plus written answers to up to 3 questions. It's in early access: accepting the offer charges nothing, and the review isn't guaranteed yet.
Does it cover GDPR?
No. The standard review addresses U.S. law for a U.S.-focused launch. EU/UK data-protection compliance is out of scope, and so are products handling health data, financial services, or products directed at children.
Is HumanFn a law firm?
No. HumanFn packages a bounded attorney review as a fixed-scope service. It doesn't give legal advice itself, and viewing or accepting the offer creates no attorney-client relationship.
